About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Reception Class Teacher to become a vital part of a well-established school community. This rewarding role involves nurturing the very youngest learners, laying crucial foundations for their educational journey and fostering a love for discovery. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on children's first experiences of school, whether joining us on a long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver an engaging Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Create a stimulating and safe learning environment tailored to young children.
• Observe and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and colleagues.
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and carers within the school community.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to support whole-school initiatives and pupil development.
• Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience in EYFS or Reception.
• Possess a genuine passion for early years education and child development.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders.
• Committed to creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment for every child.
• Able to inspire curiosity and foster independence in young learners.
• A team player eager to contribute positively to our vibrant school community.
