About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive school in the Hertfordshire area, dedicated to providing exceptional education for secondary-aged pupils with complex Special Educational Needs. As a vital member of the team, you will play a crucial role in delivering an adapted curriculum and fostering independence in learners. This position offers flexible contract options, ranging from long-term and daily supply to short-term and permanent engagements, with an immediate start available for the right candidate. You will be instrumental in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to secondary-aged pupils with a range of complex Special Educational Needs.
* Assist teaching staff in the delivery of a differentiated and adapted curriculum.
* Encourage and promote the independence and self-help skills of individual pupils.
* Support pupils both in the classroom and during various activities within the school environment.
* Implement strategies to manage challenging behaviours positively and effectively.
* Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic pupil development.

* You possess demonstrable experience supporting young people with complex Special Educational Needs.
* You are genuinely passionate about making a significant difference to pupils' educational journeys.
* You exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with ease.
