Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and other support staff to enhance student learning outcomes.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development.
* Possess proven experience teaching students with a range of special educational needs at secondary level.

* Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills, fostering a respectful and focused learning atmosphere.
