Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging lessons across various secondary subjects, following pre-prepared plans.
• Effectively manage classroom behaviour to foster a positive and productive learning environment.
• Provide consistent support for pupils, adapting to diverse learning needs.
• Maintain continuity of learning in the absence of the regular class teacher.
• Collaborate positively with school staff to ensure smooth transitions and effective communication.
• Uphold the school's ethos and values, contributing to a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.
About You
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Recent experience teaching within a UK secondary school setting.
• A genuine passion for education and commitment to pupil welfare and progress.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships.
• Proven adaptability and resilience, thriving in varied school environments.
• A proactive and reliable approach to managing diverse classroom needs.
