About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant to play a vital role in supporting primary pupils' educational journey. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a vibrant learning environment, with various long-term, short-term, daily supply, or permanent contracts available to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities
• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Provide tailored assistance to individuals and small groups of pupils.
• Help create an inclusive and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
• Assist with the preparation and organisation of learning resources.
• Monitor pupil progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to pupils' positive behaviour management and well-being.

About You
• Hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent experience).
• Possess a genuine passion for working with primary-aged children.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Exhibit patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach.
• Be proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player.
• Show a commitment to upholding safeguarding policies and promoting pupil welfare.
