About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to join a well-established school, offering daily and short-term contracts within a vibrant secondary setting. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a tangible difference, supporting pupils across various adapted curriculum areas within specialist SEN environments. You will play a crucial role in maintaining continuity of learning, providing invaluable cover and support where it is needed most.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and accessible lessons across a diverse range of subjects.
* Skillfully adapt teaching methods and resources to meet individual pupil needs.
* Effectively manage classroom dynamics, fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and support staff to enhance learning.
* Ensure all school policies and safeguarding procedures are rigorously followed.
* Provide clear and constructive feedback to pupils, encouraging their progress.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are eligible to teach in the UK.
* You possess proven experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Your teaching approach is highly adaptable and flexible, suiting various classroom settings.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A patient, empathetic, and resilient demeanour characterises your professional practice.
* You are capable of building positive relationships quickly and effectively.
