About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable SEN Supply Teacher for daily and short-term assignments, offering the flexibility to work across various specialist provisions with diverse learning requirements. You will play a pivotal part in maintaining continuity of learning and fostering a nurturing environment for children with a range of complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and accessible lessons tailored to primary-aged pupils with special educational needs.
* Adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet the individual learning styles and abilities of all children.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, promoting a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
* Collaborate with support staff and colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive educational experience.
* Assess pupil progress continually, providing constructive feedback and contributing to individual learning plans.
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, achievements, and any pastoral concerns.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Possess demonstrable experience teaching primary pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and resilience, thriving in varied classroom environments.
* Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, building rapport quickly with pupils and staff.
* Show a genuine passion for inclusive education and a commitment to unlocking every child's potential.
* Be proactive and organised, ready to step into new roles with minimal notice.
