• Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure a holistic approach to pupil well-being and achievement.
• Implement effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a productive learning space.
• Participate actively in school life, contributing to extracurricular activities and school events.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and be an Early Career Teacher looking to complete your induction.
• Possess a genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to nurturing young minds.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.
• Exhibit strong organisational abilities and a proactive approach to classroom management.
