About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Secondary Supply Teachers to join a thriving school and surrounding schools in the West Midlands region. This exciting opportunity involves providing essential cover across various secondary subjects, ensuring educational continuity for students. You will have the flexibility to choose from daily supply, short-term, long-term, or even permanent contract options, contributing significantly to pupil engagement and learning from an immediate start. This role offers a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160, reflecting your invaluable contribution to the academic success of young people.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans effectively to diverse secondary age groups.
* Maintain a productive and positive learning environment in the classroom.
* Implement effective behaviour management strategies consistently.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualifications.
* Demonstrate recent experience working within secondary educational settings.
* Exhibit strong classroom management skills and a professional demeanour.
* Be highly adaptable and flexible to meet varying daily demands.
* Show excellent communication and interpersonal abilities when interacting with staff and students.
* Hold a genuine commitment to supporting student learning and development.
