Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and support staff to enhance student learning experiences.
* Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and any necessary observations.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to the secondary phase.
* Demonstrate substantial experience working with students who have Special Educational Needs.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and resourcefulness in responding to varying classroom needs.
* Command strong communication skills, fostering positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* Show a proactive commitment to continuous professional development in SEN pedagogy.
