About the Role
Join a dynamic school as a dedicated SEN Class Teacher, delivering an adapted curriculum to pupils with complex learning needs in a specialist secondary setting. This rewarding role involves teaching small groups, ensuring every student achieves their full potential within a nurturing environment. We are actively seeking inspirational educators for a variety of contract types, including long-term, short-term, permanent, or daily supply, with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Adapt curriculum content effectively, ensuring accessibility and progression for all students.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment within small group settings.
* Implement and review individualised education plans (IEPs) to monitor pupil development.
* Collaborate closely with support staff and other professionals to ensure holistic student support.
* Assess pupil progress formatively and summatively, providing insightful feedback.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and proven experience teaching pupils with special educational needs.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting students with complex learning difficulties in a secondary phase.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to inspire young people.
* Be highly adaptable and creative in your instructional approach and pupil engagement strategies.
* Possess strong communication skills, adept at building positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
* Commit wholeheartedly to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.
