Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum to diverse age groups.
* Maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
* Effectively manage pupil behaviour in line with school policies and procedures.
* Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback where appropriate.
* Collaborate professionally with teaching assistants and wider school staff.
* Adapt teaching strategies and resources to meet the varying needs of pupils.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant UK teaching experience.
* Demonstrate a proven ability to quickly build rapport with pupils and colleagues.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and a positive approach to pupil engagement.
* Be highly adaptable and flexible to work effectively in different school environments.
* Show a genuine passion for primary education and fostering pupil development.
