A thriving school is actively seeking a dedicated Key Stage 1 Class Teacher to join its passionate team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the foundational learning journey of young pupils, fostering curiosity and a love for education within a nurturing and dynamic primary setting. We are open to discussing various contract types, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or a permanent position, starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons to Key Stage 1 pupils.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Assess pupil progress regularly and provide constructive feedback.
• Develop and implement creative lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
• Maintain effective communication with parents and carers regarding pupil development.
• Contribute positively to the wider school community and its values.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking a supportive start.
• Possess a genuine passion for Key Stage 1 education and child development.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• Be committed to fostering a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
• Show a proactive approach to professional development and collaboration.
• Have a strong understanding of the primary curriculum and effective pedagogical practices.
