About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Physics Teacher to join a forward-thinking school in the South East of England. This long-term, permanent role, starting in September 2026, offers an exciting opportunity to ignite a passion for science within secondary students. You will be instrumental in fostering a deep understanding of physics, contributing to a vibrant learning environment where curiosity is celebrated and academic excellence is encouraged.

Key Responsibilities
* Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and challenging Physics lessons across various key stages.
* Develop innovative schemes of work and resources that inspire scientific inquiry.
* Accurately assess, record, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback.
* Create an inclusive and stimulating classroom atmosphere conducive to effective learning.
* Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall Science curriculum and departmental goals.
* Support students in achieving their full potential through differentiated instruction and pastoral care.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) with a specialism in Physics.
* Your passion for Physics education is evident in your dynamic and creative teaching approach.
* You have a proven ability to motivate and inspire young people to excel in scientific subjects.
* Excellent classroom management skills ensure a focused and respectful learning environment.
* You are committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
* A collaborative spirit and a willingness to contribute positively to the wider school community are essential.
