Key Responsibilities
• Support the planning and delivery of engaging activities tailored to early years development.
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
• Assist children with their personal care needs, including mealtimes and hygiene.
• Observe and record children's progress, contributing to their developmental profiles.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies and procedures at all times.
About You
• Possess a genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their growth.
• Hold relevant qualifications or experience in early years education.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
