Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated primary lessons across all core subjects.
* Cultivate positive and therapeutic relationships with pupils to foster trust and progress.

* Develop individualised learning plans and support strategies for pupils with SEMH.
* Monitor and assess pupil development, providing constructive feedback and adapting teaching methods.
* Collaborate closely with support staff and external professionals to ensure holistic pupil care.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) ready for a new challenge.
* You have demonstrable experience working with primary-aged children, ideally within an SEMH or SEN environment.
* Your behaviour management skills are exceptional, underpinned by patience and a proactive approach.
* You demonstrate empathy, resilience, and a deep understanding of SEMH challenges.
* You are passionate about continuous professional development and reflective practice.
