About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic SEN Supply Teacher to join a dynamic school in North London, providing vital support across various specialist secondary settings. This rewarding role involves covering classes and delivering adapted curriculum areas on a daily supply and short-term basis. You will make a significant impact on pupils with diverse special educational needs, fostering a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and accessible lessons tailored to pupils' individual needs.
* Adapt teaching materials and strategies across a range of subjects within an SEN framework.
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, promoting a positive and respectful learning atmosphere.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and other support staff to enhance pupil progress.
* Ensure a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment for all students.
* Adhere to all school policies and procedures, maintaining high professional standards.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent UK teaching qualification.
* Demonstrate previous experience working with secondary-aged pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* Exhibit strong classroom management skills, ensuring a calm and productive learning space.
* Show exceptional adaptability and flexibility, thriving in diverse school environments.
* Hold a genuine passion for supporting the educational journey of pupils with SEN.
* Communicate effectively with pupils, staff, and parents, building positive relationships.
