Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, differentiated instruction to primary-aged pupils with a range of special educational needs.
* Create an inclusive and stimulating learning environment tailored to individual pupil requirements.
* Effectively manage classroom dynamics, promoting positive behaviour and engagement.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants and other professionals to support pupil development.
* Provide consistent and compassionate support, adapting quickly to diverse SEN provisions.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress, adjusting pedagogical approaches as necessary.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the UK primary curriculum.
* Demonstrate proven experience teaching primary-aged pupils with diverse special educational needs.
* Exhibit exceptional adaptability and a proactive approach to day-to-day and short-term assignments.
* Possess excellent communication skills to engage effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Show a deep commitment to creating an inclusive and nurturing educational experience for every child.
* Be adept at quickly integrating into new school environments and collaborative teams.
