Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons across the secondary curriculum.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback.
• Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Collaborate with department colleagues to develop and refine curriculum materials.
• Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich student experience.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, achievement, and behaviour.
About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK, or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for your first role.
• Possess strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for Maths.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• Committed to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all pupils.
• Eager to contribute positively to the school's wider community and ethos.
• Possess an ability to inspire and motivate students of diverse abilities.
