Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver targeted intervention sessions for individuals and small groups across primary key stages.
• Accurately assess pupil progress, identifying specific learning gaps and strengths.
• Develop engaging and differentiated resources to support diverse learning needs.
• Collaborate effectively with class teachers to ensure seamless integration of support strategies.
• Provide constructive feedback to pupils, encouraging their active participation and growth.
• Monitor and record the impact of interventions, adapting approaches as necessary to maximise outcomes.

About You
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possesses relevant teaching experience within primary education.
• Demonstrates a proven ability to raise attainment through effective intervention strategies.
• Exhibits excellent subject knowledge across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2 curricula.
• Possesses strong assessment skills to accurately diagnose learning barriers and measure impact.
• Is a highly adaptable and resilient educator, passionate about pupil development.
• Communicates effectively with pupils, colleagues, and parents, fostering positive relationships.
