About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated SEN Class Teacher to join an inclusive secondary school in the East of England, specialising in supporting pupils with complex learning needs. This pivotal role involves delivering an adapted curriculum within small group settings, fostering a positive and accessible educational experience for every student. We are seeking talented educators for various contract types, including Long Term, Daily Supply, Short Term, or even a Permanent position, starting as soon as possible. This is a chance to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people, providing tailored support in a nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across a broad curriculum.
* Adapt teaching materials and strategies to meet diverse learning requirements.
* Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Assess pupil progress meticulously, providing constructive feedback.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and multi-disciplinary teams.
* Contribute positively to the wider school community and its inclusive ethos.

About You
* You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
* Demonstrable experience working with pupils with Special Educational Needs is essential.
* A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting individual pupil development.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills are paramount.
* You possess the ability to plan and deliver highly differentiated instruction.
* A strong commitment to continuous professional development and personal growth.
