About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an adaptable and proactive professional to join a forward-thinking school as a Cover Supervisor. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring continuity of learning across various subjects when teaching staff are absent, maintaining a supportive and engaging classroom environment. This position offers a competitive daily rate of £145 - £160 and provides diverse contract options, including long-term, short-term, daily supply, or even a permanent placement, starting as soon as possible. Your contribution will be vital in fostering a productive and respectful educational setting for secondary students.

Key Responsibilities
* Effectively manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a positive and focused learning atmosphere.
* Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials to students across a range of secondary subjects.
* Maintain a safe and inclusive environment where all students feel supported to learn.
* Provide clear and concise feedback to the absent teacher regarding student progress and any incidents.
* Encourage student engagement with their learning tasks and promote independent study.
* Uphold the school's high standards and policies at all times.

About You
* You possess strong behaviour management skills, capable of fostering a respectful classroom.
* You are adaptable and resilient, comfortable working with different year groups and subjects.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building positive rapport with students and staff.
* You are proactive, reliable, and committed to contributing positively to the school community.
* You have a genuine passion for supporting young people's educational journey.
* Previous experience working in an educational setting or with young people is highly desirable.
