Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and accessible lessons tailored to pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support personalised learning goals effectively.
* Adapt teaching strategies and resources to suit a range of SEN requirements and learning styles.
* Maintain a safe, positive, and stimulating classroom environment for all primary pupils.
* Collaborate effectively with support staff to ensure comprehensive pupil care and progress.
* Provide consistent feedback and assessment to monitor pupil development and celebrate achievements.
About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and are ready to inspire pupils, whether you are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or at Main/Upper Pay Scale (MPS/UPS).
* Demonstrable experience of working with primary-aged children with Special Educational Needs is essential.
