A dedicated school requires a skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join their primary phase, providing essential support to pupils with Special Educational Needs. You will be integral in supporting pupils both on a 1:1 basis and within small groups, assisting those with complex learning needs including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and speech and language difficulties.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide dedicated 1:1 support to primary pupils with diverse EHCPs.
* Facilitate engaging learning opportunities within small group settings.
* Assist in the effective implementation of individualised learning plans.
* Support pupils in managing complex needs, including ASD, ADHD, and communication challenges.
* Contribute proactively to fostering a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

About You
* Demonstrable experience supporting primary-aged pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* A comprehensive understanding of EHCPs and their practical application.
