About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within an inclusive school environment for a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join our vibrant early years team. We are seeking a passionate individual to support the learning and development of our youngest pupils, fostering a nurturing and stimulating atmosphere. This role offers incredible flexibility with long-term, daily supply, short-term, and permanent contract options available, alongside a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110, with an immediate start for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive care and support to children aged 0-5 years.
* Assist with the planning and delivery of engaging activities.
* Help maintain a safe, clean, and organised learning environment.
* Promote positive behaviour and social development among children.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
* Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding children's progress.

* You possess a genuine passion for early years education.
* You have prior experience working with young children in a nursery or educational setting.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* You are patient, nurturing, and possess a positive attitude.
* You are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
