About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a dynamic mainstream secondary school in the South East, Berkshire region. This is a fantastic permanent opportunity, available for a September or sooner start, offering you the chance to inspire young minds and foster a deep love for mathematics within a supportive educational environment. You will play a crucial role in shaping the academic journey of students, contributing to a vibrant and progressive curriculum.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across the secondary curriculum to diverse abilities.
* Assess student progress effectively, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their learning.
* Plan and prepare comprehensive schemes of work and lesson materials that meet curriculum requirements.
* Contribute actively to the development of a stimulating and positive learning environment for all pupils.
* Participate in departmental meetings, school events, and the wider life of the school community.
* Maintain high standards of classroom management and ensure student welfare is prioritised at all times.

About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience teaching Maths at secondary level.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for your subject and its effective delivery to inspire student achievement.
* Exhibit excellent classroom practice, strong behaviour management skills, and a commitment to student well-being.
* Be adaptable, resilient, and dedicated to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment for all.
* Show a proactive approach to continuous professional development and collaborative teamwork.
* This role is suitable for an Early Career Teacher (ECT), Main Pay Scale (MPS) teacher, or an Upper Pay Scale (UPS) teacher.
