About the Role
A dynamic school is seeking a passionate Maths Teacher to become a valued member of its thriving community, starting in September or sooner. This permanent or long-term role offers the chance to inspire young minds and contribute significantly to students' academic journeys within a supportive environment. You will play a crucial part in nurturing a love for mathematics and fostering an engaging learning experience for all pupils.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver creative, high-quality Maths lessons across the secondary curriculum.
• Assess, monitor, and report on student progress, providing constructive feedback to aid development.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and intellectual curiosity.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practices and enhance departmental success.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, supporting extracurricular activities or community initiatives.
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare at all times.

About You
• You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong specialism in Mathematics.
• You have excellent subject knowledge and a genuine passion for teaching Maths to young people.
• You are an enthusiastic educator, capable of inspiring students of all abilities to achieve their full potential.
• You demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
• You are adept at fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• You bring effective classroom management skills, ensuring a productive and respectful learning atmosphere.
