Key Responsibilities
• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons aligned with the Key Stage 2 national curriculum.
• Create a positive, stimulating, and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active learning and pupil participation.
• Conduct ongoing assessment of pupil progress, providing timely feedback and targeted interventions to support development.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive educational experience.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting respect, responsibility, and a strong work ethic amongst pupils.
• Contribute actively to the wider life of the school, engaging in extracurricular activities and whole-school initiatives.

About You
• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possesses a deep understanding of effective Key Stage 2 pedagogy.
• Demonstrates a genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to nurturing every child's potential.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
• Is highly organised, adaptable, and capable of managing a dynamic classroom environment effectively.
• Committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice to enhance teaching expertise.
• Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as experienced educators at Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS).
