Key Responsibilities
• Provide tailored support to individual pupils or small groups with diverse special educational needs.

• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic support.
• Promote pupil independence, self-esteem, and social development through engaging activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils, adhering to school policies and procedures.

About You
• Possess a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong rapport with pupils and staff.
• Exhibit patience, empathy, and resilience in a dynamic educational setting.
• Hold relevant experience working within a primary school context, ideally with SEN pupils.
• Committed to ongoing professional development and enhancing your practice.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work effectively as part of a dedicated team.
