Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive support to primary aged children across the curriculum.
* Assist in the implementation of tailored learning plans for pupils with Special Educational Needs.
* Work collaboratively with the class teacher to create an engaging learning environment.
* Lead small group activities and provide one-to-one support when required.
* Help maintain positive behaviour management strategies within the classroom.
* Prepare classroom resources and learning materials as directed.
About You
* You hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* You possess previous experience supporting primary school children, particularly those with SEN.
* A genuine passion for fostering children's development and learning drives you.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are among your strengths.
* You demonstrate a patient, empathetic, and resilient approach to your work.
* You are adaptable and able to thrive in various classroom settings.
