About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking school in the heart of the West Midlands, supporting children across the primary phase. We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to provide invaluable support, encompassing general classroom assistance and specialised SEN provisions. The role offers flexible contract options, including long-term placements, daily supply, short-term engagements, and even permanent positions for the right candidate. You will play a crucial part in fostering an inclusive and stimulating learning environment, contributing directly to pupil progress and well-being. This position is available for an immediate start, offering a competitive daily rate of £95 - £110.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to pupils with diverse learning needs, including those requiring SEN provisions.
* Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons and activities.
* Facilitate small group interventions and one-to-one support sessions to reinforce learning objectives.
* Prepare and organise learning resources, ensuring a well-equipped and tidy classroom environment.
* Support positive behaviour management strategies, promoting a respectful and focused atmosphere.
* Monitor and record pupil progress, communicating observations effectively to the teaching staff.

About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting children's development and educational journey.
* You have experience working with primary-aged children, ideally including those with Special Educational Needs.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and able to work collaboratively within a dynamic team setting.
* You hold relevant qualifications or experience that equip you for a teaching assistant role.
