About the Role
A forward-thinking school is actively seeking a passionate and resilient Primary Teacher to join its dedicated team within a unique specialist primary environment focused on Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. This is an incredible opportunity to make a significant impact by delivering engaging primary curriculum lessons whilst building crucial therapeutic relationships with pupils. You will play a vital role in managing challenging behaviour effectively within a supportive framework. We are considering candidates for a long-term position, daily supply work, or even a permanent opportunity, commencing as soon as possible. A competitive daily rate of £150 - £250 is available for this fulfilling role.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons across the primary curriculum to pupils with SEMH.
* Create and maintain a nurturing, structured, and stimulating learning environment.
* Implement effective and proactive behaviour management strategies tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Foster strong, positive therapeutic relationships with pupils, promoting their social and emotional development.
* Collaborate closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and external professionals to support pupil progress.
* Consistently monitor and assess pupil attainment, adapting teaching methods to ensure inclusive learning outcomes.

About You
* You must possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) to be considered for this position.
* Demonstrable experience working with primary-aged pupils who have Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs is essential.
* A proven ability to manage challenging behaviours with patience, empathy, and consistent strategies.
* You are committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive, and safe classroom atmosphere where every child can thrive.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are crucial for this collaborative environment.
* Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as those at Main Pay Scale (MPS) or Upper Pay Scale (UPS) levels.
