Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons across various secondary key stages.
• Develop and implement a dynamic curriculum that sparks student interest and deepens understanding.
• Assess student progress effectively, providing constructive feedback to support their academic journey.
• Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities or departmental initiatives.
• Maintain a stimulating and well-organised learning environment conducive to scientific discovery.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and enhance the overall science provision.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a specialism in Chemistry.
• Demonstrate a profound enthusiasm for Chemistry and its practical applications.
• Possess the ability to inspire and motivate students of all abilities to achieve their full potential.
• Committed to continuous professional development and reflective teaching practices.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students and staff.
• Applications are welcomed from Early Career Teachers (ECTs), as well as experienced Teachers (MPS/UPS).
