Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across adapted curriculum areas.
* Provide targeted support to secondary pupils with diverse special educational needs.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all pupils.
* Adapt teaching methods and resources to meet individual pupil learning styles.
* Collaborate effectively with teaching assistants and support staff.
* Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and participation.
About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.
* Possess demonstrable experience working with secondary-aged pupils in SEN environments.
* Exhibit a genuine passion for making a positive impact on pupils with special educational needs.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management and behavioural support skills.
* Be adaptable, resilient, and proactive in a dynamic supply teaching role.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils and staff.
