About the Role

Key Responsibilities
• Support pupils across various age groups and abilities within the primary phase.
• Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
• Facilitate small group work and provide one-to-one support to maximise learning outcomes.
• Contribute to the creation of a positive, safe, and stimulating classroom atmosphere.
• Help prepare and organise learning resources and classroom displays.
• Observe and report on pupil progress, ensuring effective communication with teaching staff.

• Possess a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged children's development.
