Key Responsibilities
* Provide attentive one-on-one and small group support to pupils across the primary age range.
* Assist the class teacher in preparing engaging resources and organising the learning environment.
* Help manage classroom behaviour effectively, promoting a calm and productive atmosphere.
* Support pupils with diverse learning needs, adapting approaches to ensure accessibility for all.
* Communicate observations and pupil progress clearly to the class teacher and relevant staff.
* Actively contribute to the overall well-being and personal development of every child.

About You
* You possess previous experience working with children in a primary school setting.
