We offer flexible contract options, from daily supply and short-term cover to long-term and permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate ranging from £95 to £110.
Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils' learning and development within the classroom setting.
* Provide tailored assistance to children with Special Educational Needs.
* Facilitate engaging small group activities, reinforcing learning objectives.
* Prepare and organise creative classroom resources effectively.
* Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment for all.
* Assist with the implementation of individual education plans where necessary.
About You
* You possess a genuine passion for supporting primary-aged children's growth.
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is highly desirable.
* You demonstrate an understanding of supporting pupils with diverse learning needs.
* An excellent communicator, you build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
* You are proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute positively to a school community.
* You hold relevant qualifications or a recognised background in childcare or education.
