Key Responsibilities
* Support pupils' learning in various subjects under the direction of the class teacher.
* Assist with the planning and preparation of engaging classroom activities and resources.
* Provide one-to-one or small group support to pupils, including those with SEN.
* Help foster a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment for all children.
* Contribute to the observation and assessment of pupil progress and well-being.
* Support behaviour management strategies effectively and consistently.
About You
* You possess relevant experience working with primary-aged children, ideally in a teaching assistant capacity.
* You have a genuine passion for supporting children's academic and personal growth.
* You demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with pupils, staff, and parents.
* You are adaptable, proactive, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* You hold a strong understanding of safeguarding principles and a commitment to pupil welfare.
* Experience in supporting children with Special Educational Needs is highly desirable.
