Key Responsibilities

* Offer consistent mentoring and guidance to individuals and small groups, promoting positive engagement.
* Cultivate strong, trusting relationships with pupils, enhancing their emotional well-being and confidence.
* Assist teaching staff with the delivery of bespoke learning activities, ensuring pupil inclusion and progress.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues to contribute to a supportive and cohesive educational environment.

* You possess demonstrable experience of supporting primary-aged pupils with complex SEMH needs.
