We offer flexible contract options, including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or permanent positions, with a competitive daily rate of £150 - £180, starting immediately.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated intervention sessions for individuals and small groups.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress rigorously, adapting strategies as needed.
* Collaborate effectively with class teachers to integrate support and share insights.
* Create a nurturing and encouraging learning environment for all pupils.
* Provide regular, clear feedback on pupil development to relevant stakeholders.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) relevant to primary education.
* Demonstrate proven experience in delivering impactful interventions across EYFS, KS1, and KS2.
* Exhibit a deep understanding of primary curriculum and pedagogical approaches.
* Show excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Be highly organised, proactive, and adaptable to various pupil needs.
* Hold a genuine passion for making a significant difference to children's learning journeys.
