About the Role
A progressive school is seeking a dedicated EYFS Teaching Assistant to become an integral part of its vibrant early years team. This long-term opportunity invites a passionate individual to nurture young minds, fostering a love for learning from the very start of their educational journey within a supportive and dynamic environment. You will play a crucial role in creating inspiring experiences for our youngest pupils, contributing to their holistic development and early successes.

Key Responsibilities
• Support children’s learning and development through engaging play-based activities.
• Assist the class teacher in preparing and maintaining a stimulating classroom environment.
• Promote positive behaviour and foster a sense of belonging for all pupils.
• Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of pupil progress under teacher guidance.
• Facilitate effective communication with parents and carers regarding children’s daily experiences.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children within the early years setting.

About You
• Proven experience working within an Early Years Foundation Stage setting.
• A genuine passion for supporting the development and learning of young children.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated and professional team.
• A proactive and adaptable approach, ready to embrace new challenges.
• Relevant qualifications for a Teaching Assistant role are highly desirable.
