Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various primary year groups, following pre-set plans or adapting as necessary.
• Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment, ensuring all pupils feel supported and challenged.
• Confidently manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies, promoting respect and good conduct.
• Mark work where required, providing constructive feedback to support pupil progress.
• Collaborate effectively with school staff, including teaching assistants and leadership teams, to ensure continuity of learning.
• Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children.

About You
• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant experience within primary education in the UK.
• Possess an adaptable and resilient approach, thriving in varied school settings.
• Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and a commitment to inclusive education.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, capable of building rapport with pupils and colleagues swiftly.
• Show initiative and a proactive attitude towards professional development.
• Be genuinely passionate about inspiring young learners and fostering their academic and personal growth.
