About the Role
A dedicated school in Berkshire is seeking a passionate and inspiring Physics Teacher to join their thriving Science department on a permanent, long-term basis, commencing September 2026. Key Responsibilities
* Design and deliver engaging Physics lessons that cater to diverse learning styles and abilities across key stages.
* Foster an inclusive and stimulating classroom environment where pupils are encouraged to explore scientific concepts.
* Assess pupil progress rigorously, providing timely and constructive feedback to support their development.
* Actively contribute to the ongoing refinement of the Science curriculum, with a particular focus on Physics specialism.
* Collaborate effectively with colleagues within the Science department to share best practice and resources.
* Uphold the school's commitment to academic excellence and high standards of pupil achievement.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK and possess a relevant degree in Physics or a related scientific field.
* Demonstrate a profound passion for Physics and the ability to convey complex ideas in an accessible manner.
* Possess excellent classroom management skills and a proven track record of inspiring pupils.
* Be committed to continuous professional development and reflective teaching practices.
* Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
* Whether you are an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced educator (MPS/UPS), you will be dedicated to nurturing young talent.
