About the Role
A supportive primary school is seeking a dedicated Intervention Teacher to join their team immediately, offering various contract options including long-term, daily supply, short-term, or even permanent arrangements. This pivotal role involves delivering targeted support across Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, addressing specific learning gaps and accelerating pupil progress. You will embrace the challenge of fostering academic growth and confidence in young learners, working flexibly within a dynamic educational setting. This position offers a competitive daily rate of £150 - £180, reflecting the vital impact you will have.

Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement bespoke intervention strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
* Deliver engaging and effective small group and one-to-one sessions across the primary age range.
* Monitor and rigorously assess pupil progress, adapting approaches as necessary to maximise outcomes.
* Collaborate closely with class teachers to ensure interventions align with curriculum objectives.
* Create a positive and encouraging learning environment where every child feels empowered to succeed.
* Provide regular feedback on pupil development and contribute to broader school improvement initiatives.

About You
* You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant primary teaching experience.
* You demonstrate a proven ability to identify and address individual learning barriers effectively.
* You are passionate about making a tangible difference to pupils' educational journeys.
* You exhibit excellent organisational skills, capable of managing varied intervention timetables.
* You communicate clearly and empathetically with children, colleagues, and parents.
