Key Responsibilities
* Provide tailored support to individual pupils and small groups, particularly those with Special Educational Needs.
* Collaborate closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging and effective lessons.
* Assist in the preparation and organisation of learning materials and classroom activities.
* Support pupils in developing their social, emotional, and academic skills.
* Promote positive behaviour and a stimulating, safe learning atmosphere.
* Contribute to pupil assessments and progress monitoring, ensuring every child thrives.
About You
* Hold a relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* Possess demonstrable experience supporting children within a primary school environment.

* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building strong relationships with pupils and staff.
