About the Role
An exceptional school in the vibrant Milton Keynes area is seeking a dedicated SEN Supply Teacher to join their team on an immediate, flexible basis. This rewarding opportunity involves providing essential day-to-day and short-term cover within specialist primary SEN provisions. You will have the chance to apply your expertise across diverse educational settings, supporting pupils with varying special educational needs and contributing positively to their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to individual pupil needs.
* Provide effective support to pupils across various special educational needs provisions.
* Maintain a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for all children.
* Collaborate professionally with support staff and colleagues to ensure continuity of learning.
* Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies as required.
* Uphold the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfare.

About You
* Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess experience working with primary-aged pupils.
* Demonstrate a genuine passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
* Exhibit excellent classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to new environments quickly.
* Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with pupils, staff, and parents.
* Be highly organised, reliable, and proactive in a dynamic educational setting.
