Key Responsibilities
• Plan and deliver bespoke intervention sessions for small groups or individual pupils.
• Assess pupil progress regularly, adapting teaching strategies to meet evolving needs.
• Collaborate effectively with class teachers to integrate intervention strategies with classroom learning.
• Create engaging and differentiated learning resources that captivate young minds.
• Maintain accurate records of pupil attendance, progress, and attainment.
• Foster a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere where pupils feel supported.
About You
• You hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and possess a strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• You have demonstrable experience in delivering successful intervention programmes across primary key stages.
• You are adept at identifying specific learning gaps and implementing effective support strategies.
• You possess excellent communication skills, enabling clear interaction with pupils, colleagues, and parents.
• You are passionate about pupil progress and dedicated to providing every child with the best educational opportunities.
• You can work flexibly and adapt your approach to suit diverse learning styles and requirements.
