Key Responsibilities
• Support children in their daily routines and learning activities, both individually and in small groups.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain an engaging and well-organised nursery environment.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times, adhering to safeguarding policies.
• Observe and accurately record children's progress, contributing to their developmental journeys.
• Facilitate creative play, educational experiences, and outdoor activities for young learners.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers, sharing updates and fostering open communication.

About You
• Possess a genuine passion for early years education and childcare.
• Demonstrate previous experience working with young children in a nursery setting.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with children and adults.
• Thrive as part of a supportive team, contributing positively to the nursery ethos.
• Show initiative, creativity, and a proactive approach to child development.
• Hold relevant qualifications or demonstrable experience in early years support.
