A well-established school in the Borehamwood area is looking to appoint a Secondary Supply Teacher to support their educational provision across various secondary schools in Hertfordshire, South East. This versatile role, offering a daily rate of £145 - £160, provides excellent flexibility with opportunities for long-term, short-term, daily supply, and even permanent contracts, with an immediate start possible. You will be instrumental in maintaining the continuity of learning for students, working as a valued Teacher or Cover Supervisor across a range of secondary subjects.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging pre-prepared lessons effectively to diverse student groups.
* Manage classroom behaviour to foster a positive and productive learning atmosphere.
* Ensure all students remain on task and focused throughout the lesson period.
* Adhere strictly to the school's established policies and procedures.
* Promote a safe and inclusive environment for all learners.
* Report any safeguarding concerns promptly and appropriately to relevant staff.
About You
* Possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or demonstrate relevant teaching experience.
* Exhibit strong recent experience working within secondary education settings.
* Demonstrate excellent classroom management skills and effective techniques.
