* Provide bespoke behaviour support strategies to help pupils manage their emotions effectively.
* Facilitate the successful reintegration of pupils into a structured learning environment.

* Offer consistent encouragement and positive reinforcement to build pupil confidence.
* Assist with the delivery of engaging and accessible educational activities.
* Support pupils in developing their social skills and emotional resilience.
About You
* Possess a genuine passion for supporting young people with SEMH needs.
* Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Exhibit a patient, resilient, and understanding approach to challenging situations.
* Have prior experience working with secondary-aged pupils, ideally within an SEN setting.
